Lanell, our dedicated co-owner and administrator, has been the heart of Resolute RDM since 2008. Overseeing maintenance operations and expertly managing finances, Lanell has significantly contributed to Resolute’s success. Currently pursuing CPM certification with the Institute of Real Estate Management, Lanell is committed to continuous learning and professional development. Lanell enjoys life’s simple pleasures when not immersed in her work – gardening (don’t tempt her with a good plant!), hiking, and exploring new destinations. She cherishes quality time with friends and family, creating lasting memories.
