How It Works
All tenants who are in good standing with Resolute RDM (formerly Park Place PM) are automatically enrolled in our Tenant HomeBuyer Program. By consistently paying your rent on time, you can earn a credit of 10% of your monthly rent toward your down payment or closing costs on a home purchase at the end of your lease term. It’s a simple, no-hassle way to save for a home while renting.Â

Automatic Enrollment
All tenants renting through Resolute RDM are automatically enrolled in the Tenant HomeBuyer Program.Â
No Extra Costs
There are no additional fees or costs to participate in the program—just pay your rent on time, and you’ll start earning credits!Â
Maximum Credit
You can earn up to 12 months of credit toward your home purchase.
Use a Resolute RDM REALTOR®
To redeem your credits, you must work with a Resolute Realty REALTOR® as your Buyer’s Agent.Â
Credit Expiration
Tenant purchase credits are valid for 12 months from when they are earned. All rent payments must be made on time to maintain eligibility.
Location
Credits can be applied to the purchase of any new or pre-owned home in Indiana.
No Cash Value
This program is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be applied to any other real estate transaction.
Lease Breach
If the lease is breached, all earned credits will be forfeited.

All current residential and commercial listings are on our website and updated in real time. Found one you like? You can schedule a viewing directly from the listing or by contacting our leasing office.
What are your rental requirements?
Standard requirements include a completed application, proof of income (typically three times the monthly rent), a credit check, and a background check. Specific requirements can vary by property, so check the listing details.
How long does the application process take?
Applications are handled entirely online, and most are reviewed within 48 to 72 hours once we have your identification, financial documentation, and processing fee.
How do I pay rent or submit a maintenance request?
Everything runs through our secure online Tenant Portal. Rent can be paid via ACH, credit card, or debit card, and maintenance requests submitted through the portal go straight to our team.
Do you allow pets?
Pet policies vary by property. Some allow pets with an additional deposit and monthly pet rent, while others have breed or size restrictions. The listing details will tell you where each property stands.
